Management development and training
We provide an extensive range of management training programmes to our client organisations and are pleased to announce the availability of on-line, access at will training programmes to organisations and individuals who are seeking an alternative to traditional training methods.
Courses available include Time Management, Verbal Communications and Written Communications.
Investigation services
We undertake and complete investigations on behalf of client organisations arising from complaints and allegations of bullying, all types of harassment and matters of alleged misconduct.
Disciplinary Hearings
We conduct disciplinary hearings and act as disciplinary officer on behalf of client organisations.
Appeals hearings
We act as Appeals Officer in relation to appeals arising from disciplinary sanctions imposed in processes in which we have no prior involvement.
Dispute Resolution/LAST CHANCE
We provide a confidential dispute resolution service to client organisations and their staff who are seeking a last option alternative to utilising State dispute resolution services such as WRC and the Labour Court.

LMCS Management Consultants commenced life providing consultancy and training services to clients in respect of ISO9000. We have continued to provide these services to existing and new clients since 1992 and have extended our range of services to include ISO9001: 2015, OHSAS18000/EN45000: 2018 & EN14001: 2015. We also assist clients in relation to product certification and CE marking.
